Epoxy Flooring in Whitmore Lake, MI

Whitmore Lake’s cottages and lake homes, many converted from seasonal to year-round use, often have garages and basements that could use a durable, easy-to-clean floor — especially with sand, lake water, and gear tracked in regularly.

Garage & Floor Coatings for Whitmore Lake Homes

We install epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coatings, basement and workshop floors, and decorative flake systems for homeowners in Whitmore Lake and the rest of Washtenaw County. Every job starts with proper surface preparation and repair of any cracks or pitting, so the coating actually bonds and holds up through Michigan winters — not just a quick coat over bare concrete.

Local Considerations

Properties near the lake sometimes have higher moisture levels in basement slabs, which we test for and plan around before recommending a coating system. We also see a number of detached garages used as boat and gear storage that benefit from a coated floor.
